The Suffering, an incredibly bloody-looking horror title developed Surreal Software and published by Midway, is set for release this coming Monday (the 8th). By all indications this game will be a very mature entry into the horror genre. However, the bits I played almost a year ago at E3 were very promising, and I am interested to see if this title will be able to avoid joining the mediocre American horror game club. |
Oh, I’m very excited about this. I informed a forum about it a good couple of months back but the general consensus from them was that it looked crap, basically.
Well, it’s out today (in the US, anyway).
I played it at E3, and it looked promising. IGN just gave it a very good review. I guess we’ll see.
I just picked up my copy at gamestop today (3-9). I picked it up on my lunch break so now I dont get to play for a few hours.
For you HDTV owners, only the XBox version supports 480p. Yay.
Chris how did you get tickets to E3? Im dying to go but since im GenPop I guess its out of the question.
